10,000 years ago Bio Energy was being practiced high up in the mountains by the Peruvian people in Machu Picchu they called the electro-magnetic field “The luminous energy field”. About 5,000 years ago the Chinese medical men mapped the meridians and found and marked the points of energy and developed acupuncture.
Bio Energy travelled from east to west and eventually came in to Europe.

AURIC FIELDS

Auric Fields are the body’s seven protective communicative energy fields that circulate around the body. The Auric Fields are the body’s protection mechanism and identify danger fields. They provide comfort to the subconscious and if any danger or anxiety appears it will be detected.


Auric Fields can be altered by shock, causing malfunction and creating extreme anxiety, major behavioural problems and affecting both Chakras and Meridians function and frequency.

They facilitate communication between people through the Meridians and are in fact our radio-radar system for the identification of danger to ourselves.

They form of the symmetry of the energy framework. Auric Fields have specific frequencies and operating distance from the body and come into existence at the breath except for the Kundalini.

  • First Auric Field – The Kundalini has direction from the Sacrum. It winds around the spine from the root chakra to the crown.
  • Second Auric Field – Skin and bone fascia. The correct position is top to bottom. May be reversed. Assists in control of fluid direction in body (reflux issues).

Meridians are energy channels transporting life energy QI through the body. Twelve major meridians that run on each side of the body, one side mirroring the other and two single ones. Twelve paired meridians complement each other- one Yin with energy flowing up and the other Yang with energy flowing down.
Six Yang and six Yin:

• Stomach Meridian Yang – Spleen Meridian Yin
• Heart Meridian Yin – Small Intestine Meridian Yang
• Bladder Meridian Yang – Kidney Meridian Yin
• Circulation-Sex Yin – Triple-Warmer Meridian Yang
• Gallbladder Meridian Yang – Liver Meridian Yin
• Lung Meridian Yin – Large Intestine Meridian Yang.

Energy and blood flow continuously through the meridians, yet they also transmit information to and among your organs. Meridians are incredibly sensitive. They can carry the effects of stimulation in the form of healing energy throughout your entire being.

CHAKRAS

Chakras are the concentrated energy centres of the body. It is vital for all human beings to have the seven chakras open, in the correct position and connected to the Universe to live a healthy life.

 

Root Chakra – Muladhara

Located on Perineum – point between the anus and sex organs.

Colour Ruby Red

Root Chakra spins at the slowest rate of all the chakras. First Chakra is a receiver for Earth’s subtle energies, literally grounding us.

Sacral Chakra – Svadhisthana

Located two fingers below the navel to the front and to the rear at the sacrum area of the spine.

Colour Orange

Sacral Chakra is the creative and imaginative force of the body. This chakra is associated with the parts of the consciousness concerned with food and sex.

Solar Plexus – Manipura

Located directly above the rib cage and below the sternum extending down to the navel.

Colour Yellow

The third chakra is the power centre in the energy system. When we awaken the power in this chakra, we experience fearlessness and a resolve that cannot be deterred by adversity.

Heart Chakra – Anahata

Located at the cardiac plexus, in the centre of the chest.

Colour Green

Through the Heart Chakra we share and experience Love. We need to stop falling in love and become love itself.

The Third Eye is the centre of wisdom in your body. In this chakra we attain the knowledge that we are inseparable from God.

Crown Chakra – Sahasrara
